We will let you know before you go over. Additional hours are billed at a pre-agreed hourly rate that is lower than our standard rate. You can also upgrade your tier at any time if your needs have permanently increased.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier with 30 days notice. We understand that business needs change, and we designed the tiers to be flexible. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
